MISSION STATEMENT

The Kennebecasis Valley Fire Department will contribute to the quality of life of our citizens by continually striving to become and maintain the most effective and cost efficient service.

We will promote and deliver fire prevention and fire survival education.

We will constantly be prepared for and ready to respond to emergency situations to minimize trauma, death and property damage. Our priorities will be fire suppression, auto extrication, water rescue, and first responders to medical emergencies and hazardous materials incidents.

We will conduct fire prevention inspections and promote compliance with recognized codes and standards.

We will be diligent in our fire scene examination to determine cause and origin.

We will be available to assist in any life-threatening situation should we be able.
